
Subscription boxes are not eligible for a refund, so a store credit is the best solution we can offer you. We were quite surprised when you stated she had not! Our team has generously issued you store credit for the last 3 shipments. We have not received any undeliverable shipments, so to the best of our knowledge, your daughter was still happily receiving our boxes.

As agreed upon during checkout, our subscriptions do automatically renew on a monthly basis when you've met your original commitment. Is the first we had heard from you that you wished to cancel the subscription. I realize that this is a frustrating situation for you, and our team wants to work to find a mutual solution. Your email profile shows that you've been actively opening our marketing emails, including the price increase (attached). I also took the time to look back to see if you received our email about the price increase in April 2022. I've carefully reviewed your account and communication with us. Their last email "We have issued you a store credit. I inquired in each email to provide me with their policies on charging my expired credit card and no monthly emails or any communication from them after I cancelled my subscription. I received emails with their auto-renewal policies etc and since "there was no communication history from me in the last 2 years regarding missed shipments or address changes" (I cancelled so no reason to contact them) they have issued me a 3 month store credit! They apparently have "no record" of my previous cancellation. I texted the number provided with the same response. I received an email that they would get back to me ASAP. I called Bump Boxes and left voice messages. By going online, I also noted the cost of the boxes 5/22 went from $38.16 to $41.33 again with no notification by email. They do not have the updated card and CVC but continued to charge my card every month as a "virtual credit card" totaling $960 without authorization. The credit card I used when I purchased my subscription expired 3/22. I have not received an email from them in over 2 years, coinciding with the time I cancelled my subscription. During the subscription, I received an email every month with details of the box contents, if I wanted any changes and the ship date. I went online immediately and discovered my account was still active! 26 boxes were charged and delivered without a current subscription.

My daughter sold that home and moved 7/21. I discovered on 5/4/23 they have been charging my credit card $41.33 every month and delivering boxes to *** ******* ***** **. My daughter had her baby and therefore no longer would benefit from another subscription.

I called Bump Boxes and cancelled the subscription when the 6 months were completed. I ordered a 6 month subscription for my daughter 9/1/20. I want to thank you again for sharing your experience and wish you and your family all the best in this new journey.

In the meantime, I've issued you a store credit for the June shipment ($47.68 *******************).

If she wishes to return this shipment, I'd be more than happy to issue a free shipping label and refund your card for the purchase price. The June box has already shipped and been received by ******* (Tracking ID ************). I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for and I'd love to continue to work with you for an amicable solution. We don't offer refunds for subscription boxes. I've canceled the service for you effective June 2023, so this will be the last shipment. You're able to login and cancel the service at anytime. When you purchase your subscription you agree to the terms of service acknowledging our billing and return policies. Our 6, 9, and 12 month paid monthly plans do automatically renew. I noticed that you used the gift recipient's email address as the account contact, which would explain why you would not have received communication from us regarding this account. I have carefully reviewed your account and your communication with us.
